I just want to say a few things about applying to be in the FBI.
Pointers:
-We have stricter standards than the LSPD. Our goal is to make the FBI a strong department to end the current failure streak of this faction slot.
-The department is intended to be SMALL. Granted, applications will be much more scrutinized and recruitment will be closed often..
-DO NOT press the "submit" button more than once. Just wait it out. If you press it more than once, it makes multiple posts.
-Be sure you have at least read the "Form of applications" section of the FBI Field manual before applying.
-Make sure you read the entire FBI Field Manual before testing. You will be quizzed on this.
By applying to Federal Bureau of Investigation Recruitment, you acknowledge that the FBI is a "Hire at Will" work environment. Your employment can be terminated at any time, for any reason by your Director. In the event that the department becomes to large and numbers need to be cut, you may be laid off and transferred to another department with little to no notice. My filling out an application you knowingly accept these conditions.
Reasons to not apply:
-If you are not going to take your application seriously, do not apply. Treat the applications as if you are applying for a real job. Due to the small size of the force, you will need to impress the Recruiting Troopers.
-If you cannot understand English very well, do not apply. Communication is a key factor in the FBI.
-If you cannot drive very well, do not apply. The FBI specializes in traffic,or undercover, and if you cannot control a vehicle very well then don't waste our time.
-If you are wanting to join the FBI to screw around all the time, do not apply. We don't want another RCSD on our hands.
-If you have problems getting along with people, working with a team, or you are often an angry person, do not apply. The FBI is a small group, and teamwork is key.
-If you hate cops, do not apply.
-If you have incomprehensible grammar, or cannot figure out what "incomprehensible" means, do not apply.
-If you have a habit of "faction hopping," do not apply. We are looking for dedicated troopers.
Keep these things in mind, and good luck.
DAMN THIS TOOK WRONG TO WRITE!
