Newbie Roleplay Guide!!
Jobs in World Life Roleplay are a primary source of income and offer many different ways to interact with other people. On the surface, it may appear that jobs are just arduous tasks that really ruin the fun for the server, but in reality, they can help you by not only gaining further income, but also increasing your roleplay experience, which is the key to your success in this server. This guide outlines the general information on each job as well as offering a few tips to help you on your way.
General Locations

The World Life Roleplay Bank
The WLRP Bank allows you to store money in a bank account, which in turn allows you to earn interest based on the amount of money you curently have in your bank account.
There are 2 special commands wich are used to ''withdraw'' and ''deposit'' money.
Commands:
/withdraw [amount]
/deposit [amount]
The Jobs
Detective
An often overlooked job, a detective allows you to search for people around the city. While it may seem next to impossible to actually make any money as a detective, using a bit of imagination and some roleplay should bring in a few dollars. It also is a terific job for some factions (LSFMD,FBI,LSPD,HA)
Job Tips:
If you want to make some money with this job,try to make some usefull /ad wich could help other people finding their ''targets''.
Lawyer
A skill that is often used, especially considering it offers some major roleplay, lawyers generally go around attempting to help people, especially in jail. Leveling up this skill requires you to free people from jail and once you reach level 5, you will be able to take more time off of another player's jail sentence.
Job Tips:
It's strongly recommended that you roleplay this job to the max if you want to actually make any money. One suggestion would be to roleplay yourself as an attorney within an association of other lawyers.
Whore
This job is often avoided, but can become quite interesting. Obviously, with this job, you'd be whoring yourself out to others. If a condom is not used while having sex, there's a good chance that the person you're having sex with will receive an STD, in which he'll have to go to the hospital to get cleared up.
Job Tips:
Not much to offer here. Always wear a condom, I guess.
Drug Dealer
Here's a job that everyone can enjoy: selling drugs. Basically, you go into the drug factory, get the drugs you want to sell, then get on the streets and sell them RPly.
Job Tips:
Try to sell them without /ad maybe at the gym. Do not use stupid /ads /ad selling crack.
Car Jacker
One of the few jobs that actually don't require you to join something, the car jacker job really just allows you to sell cars for a moderate sum of cash, generally anywhere between $1,000 to $3,000. The catch to this is that once you've sold a car, you have to wait around twenty minutes before you can sell another (this amount of time decreases after each level you gain in the skill).
Job Tips:
Since I don't know much about this job.... my advice to you is... sell much cars and get rich.
News Reporter
This job requires you to be part of the SANews team, which you have to apply for here on the forums. This job can be quite entertaining, as you're basically speaking with the entire server through the /news command. It really is one of the best RP factions.
Job Tips:
Speak proper enlgish and be creative.
Arms Dealer
This job requires you to acquire materials and then turn them into guns. First, you have to get material packages, which can be found at either pickup location, and then you drop them off at either factory to receive the materials to create the guns. To create the guns, simply do /sellgun and it will come up with the options. You can make a lot of money by either selling the materials themselves or selling guns.
Job Tips:
When you start off with this job, it's recommended to use "material route 1", beacouse it is the fastest route for newbies. After you get better at driving ''mat runing'' I prefer material route 2.
Mechanic
Becoming a mechanic allows you to fix things.
Job Tips:
Another basic job where there is no much profit. It is usefull for some factions. (LSPD,FBI while chasing a suspect)
Boxer
Boxing takes place at the Ganton Gym, in which you can fight others. Bets can be made to make money with this job.
Job Tips:
Starting a boxing league will help put more money into the job.
Fishing
Fishing is a great skill to make money in. It also doesn't require you to join the job, so you can do it whenever you wish. You are allowed to carry up to five fish at a time and catch a total of six fish during each trip.
Job Tips:
There's a five minute reload (20 minute reload after first trip after logging in) between each trip, so it's recommended to go to the 24/7 closest to the LSPD and sell your fish there. Usually, by the time you make it back to the pier, the reload time has passed.
Drug Smuggler
This job just requires you to get drugs from the drug factory up in Blueberry and deliver them to the crack lab. It's pretty straight forward and can make some decent cash.
Job Tips:
For those of you who don't know where Blueberry is, it's the northwest-most town in Red County.
Taxi Driver
Taxi drivers can make some good cash. Obviously, you would go about driving people around. Once you've set a fare up, you can pick people up and take them to certain locations.
Job Tips:
Try not to set your fare price too high and be a good driver. If you belong with the Taxi Company, you can drive any vehicle you want, not just a taxi.
Bodyguard
Bodyguards give armor, or "vests", to people in exchange for some money. This is an easy way to make some quick cash.
Job Tips:
The general price for a bodyguard offering "vests" is $2,000. Most people stand outside the Gym to get vests, so stick around there, but also keep in mind that the Gym tends to be a hot spot for deathmatchers.
Well,I guess this is it. Those are all jobs of WLRP. If you have any new ''ideas'' please reply to it. Thanks to Rod
