when players are in vehicle they can do /seatbelt

then it will say like this

Rocco_Duvall grabs his seatbelt and click it into the holder
useing seatbelt ((Rocco Duvall))

and when you get pulled over by a police he can check if you have seatbelt on by a command

like /checkseatbelt (id)

like real life you will be fined by the officer if you dont wear it

and ofcouse if you do /seatbelt when you have seatbelt on you just take it off again
