Background info or story of your gang:
Hawk Co. was previously called IPIEC (Italian Private Import and Export Company). The company was originally owned by some Italian crew before it got renamed to Hawk Co. Three years after the company started, an American called Kevin Hawk appeared in San Fierro after completing his prison time in Fort DeMorgan due to his criminal activities. He was hired in in IPIEC as an IT Manager as he was a computer geek. He was a hard worker, he was even nominated to be the Head Director of the company but the position was given to a nephew of one of the Italian crew's member. Kevin felt annoyed as he deserved that position more than anybody else and he decided to revenge. He prepared a fake meeting in China and managed to get all of the crew on a plane. Somehow he made the plane explode in the middle of the air and everybody on board was dead. After that he got elected by the company workers to be the Head Director and he changed the company's name to Hawk Co. He was also known as the youngest head director in the whole United States of America as he was only 19 years old.

Years passed and Kevin still has his position in the company. The company had many changes, they are trading firearms and narcotics now instead of foods. Kevin is using the company as a cover for his illegal activities, he is also paying some officers and even federal agents to cover him in some situations. He also brought few of his family to San Fierro and assigned them in different high positions in the company to make sure every thing is under control.

Kevin existed in a rich family, owning Hawk Co. made him richer and even more respected everywhere; Gossips say that he damaged the plane's engine which made it explode due to a failure, others say that he attached remote explosives or timed bombs, while the rest say that he was dead on the plane and his body was burnt so it disappeared, and the current company director is an impersonator that looks exactly like him. The truth was never found, the black box disappearance has been always a mystery.
