You can be inside of National Guard only by PERMISSION of General or Colonel.
You can be in front of gates in National Guard.

You can't be inside of Department of National Guard or you get Shoot.
You can't be inside of our Territory(Picture comming soon)
You can't drive inside of our Territory.
